Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Confirmation

    • Booking will be considered valid upon receipt of payment on behalf of Bacoma
    • Event confirmation will be provided after the payment is received

  2. Cancellation and Refund

    • Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the event to receive a full refund
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund

  3. Last-Minute Changes

    • Last-minute changes to the event details may incur additional charges
